Due to increase in demand, Maphindi's extended their business by opening another branch/butchery within Nyanga. That has helped to cover the whole area of Nyanga and that gave customers an option to choose a closer destination.

These branches are well known as Maphindi's Butchery One and Maphindi's Butchery Two.

Maphindi's Butchery One

You'll find a variety of meat, chicken and sausage on display. Our butchery staff will help you select the best cuts and, if you require, proceed to braai your meat for you – we have a tasty spice and wacky sauce that's guaranteed to leave you licking your fingers and ordering more meat!

Off course we don't expect you to stand around and wait whilst we do this. We have an air-conditioned sit down area, equipped with a Big Screen so you can watch your favourite sports teams battle it out on the sports fields. Or if you prefer, you can get down to the music beats from our music system.

If you hear an announcement over the loud speaker, listen for your order number, collect your tray, sit down and eat meat!

You'll find us on the corner of Emms Drive and Sibini Avenue, Nyanga East (next to the Rugby stadium).

Maphindi's Butchery Two

A variety of meat, chicken and sausage is also on offer at this butchery. Just like Maphindi's Butchery One, we'll braai your meat for you if you do request. And while you sit and wait, we have musical entertainment on offer from our music system.

We are in Zwelitsha, Sithandathu Avenue (Old Sibaya Butchery).
